INVESTMENT TO CITIZENSHIP

If I was a "DRUG LORD" This investment for citizenship plan (if you invest $1m, to start a business in the US, it puts you on a fast track to citizenship) would be just the vehicle I'm looking for, to set up a money laundering point or a drug distribution hub.....in this country...What do you think????
