MAKE SENSE

I understand there's going to be an anti-trust investigation, of Disney (them wanting to buy Spider-man) But on the other hand the Fed. Gov. forced B of A to buy Leemon Brothers, adding to their "TO BIG TO FAIL" status and their "TOXIC ASSETS" ....make any sense to you?????
