NO COST OF LIVING

I and my wife have both lost our jobs.... Our only income, is my S.S... Now they are saying there will be no cost of living rise, FOR TWO YEARS. Do you really think we well be able to live for the same amount the next two years, as we are today? My mortgage isn't going down, food is going up, all forms of taxes are going up, car registration and insurance is going up, cable (inter-net, on line banking,entertainment) is going up. home insurance is going up, In fact I can't think of anything that's going down....
