I'M TO STUPID???????

I have only a high school education, but I'm not as illiterate as congress seems to think I am! I've read lawyer "GOBBLEDEGOOK" before and managed to get the jest of it...I'd like, NO DEMAND, the opportunity to read the bill, even if the people in congress don't, before they vote on it.....About all I can do, after looking it over, is to send a note, or call my Representative and give him/her my thoughts on it....I thought that was my right as an American......MAYBE NOT IF I LIVED IN RUSSIA OR CHINA...................
