Another "UNION" rip off, this time to the state of Hawaii, to the tune of $15B. (the moving of troops from Japan to Guam) Rather then using local labor the gov. of Hawaii. Who stuck the words in a passing bill, They will use an Hawaiian based "UNION" for the labor at $40.00 dollars an hour, rather then local labors at $12.00 an hour.......Just housing them will cost billions.....
