SHOP LIFTERS:

My oldest brother, had a unique way of dealing with "shop lifters" In his retail store in NJ.... He would intercept them and determine how much money they had on them, and then "persuade" them to spend that amount of money, in his store (mostly on things that weren't selling to good that month). His report is that you would be surprised how much money some shop lifter carry...............And he never had a repeater.
